Freight Damage
Unfortunately, due to the nature of national freight carriage, it’s possible—though unlikely—for consignments to incur damage. Please inspect your order at the time of collection and ensure any damage to packaging or goods is noted and reported to Mainfreight immediately upon uplift. Also, contact NOVA Living so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Quality
Every component in each consignment is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards and specifications. Our experienced team takes pride in their workmanship, including careful packing for dispatch, so we're confident you’ll receive your order in perfect condition. That said, on rare occasions, mistakes can happen. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, please get in touch so we can make it right.

Order Details
All of our kits are produced in batches, which means the risk of incorrect quantities, mispacked items, or specification errors is low. However, it’s still important to check your order against the included packing list. If you do find there’s something not right, please get in touch with us and we can get it resolved.
